About Faith's Garden
Honoring the lives of Seminole County children who have lost their lives to abuse and neglect, Faith's Garden was established in 2014 with the Oviedo Police Department and the Altamonte Springs Rotary Club. Named in honor of a 3-year-old girl who died due to child abuse, Faith's Garden is a tranquil, peaceful place of reflection and contemplation for those affected by child abuse and neglect. Located outside of Kids House's front door, Faith's Garden is a place where our community partners, staff, and families themselves are welcomed to sit peacefully and feel the security and safety of Kids House. There have been several child abuse deaths prior to Faith's death and several more since, which is a harsh reality of the work we do at Kids House.
